Are we endorsing individual landlords by doing this?

No. Housr vets every Property Partner, and students review the homes they lived in. Your team sees issues raised in the portal and can step in when needed.

What is the lift on our IT team?

Housr connects to your existing single sign-on, so students log in with their university account and there are no new credentials to manage.

Who can see student data, and how is access controlled?

Only verified users at your institution. The University Portal has multi-level permissions for admins, managers and users, plus a change log and exportable audit reports.

How do you stop this becoming another chat tool we have to police?

Channels are structured around how RAs work: announcements, group chats and direct lines to the RA. Students cannot message each other directly, and every issue thread keeps a written record.
