Direct & Transparent Communication
Your student can connect directly with property managers through our in-app chat feature. Our two-way feedback loop ensures full transparency and respect between landlords and tenants.
Dedicated Support
If an issue arises, students can raise concerns directly with the landlord via the app. If a situation requires further help, a college Housing Department representative can be added to the in-app chat to mediate and resolve the issue, providing an extra layer of support.
