A bright, comfortable double room in a welcoming home in Kings Heath, Birmingham. The space is clean, cosy and well looked after, with everything you need to feel at home. I have my own en suite on the top floor, so whilst i am not offering exclusive use of the bathroom, it will be yours 90% of the time. Garden access and full access to the kitchen and living room.

Guest Parking

We don't have a driveway, there is parking on the road, never had an issue finding a space and 90% of the time, it is right outside my house.

The Area and Transport

Kings Heath is one of Birmingham’s most vibrant and artistic neighbourhoods, known for its independent cafés, pubs, and live music venues. It has a friendly community feel while still being well connected to the city.

Transport links: The 50 bus route runs directly from Kings Heath High Street into Birmingham city centre, with services every few minutes.

Moseley is a 20 minute walk away, offering even more great places to eat, drink and soak up local culture.

By car/taxi: It’s a 6-you 20 minute drive to UoB, depending on traffic.
