The cost is £1145 per calendar month. The price includes water, room heating and water heating. Electricity is not included in the price, so meter readings will be taken. We charge just 40p per unit. We offer residents free Internet.

Situated on a quiet side road in Selly Oak. Asbury Overseas House provides fully furnished, self-contained flats for students. Families with children are also allowed to stay in these flats. The flat is fully furnished and consists of a large bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with a twin bunk bed or single bed, a kitchen, lounge and bathroom. It is fully furnished including a cooker and fridge/freezer. Bed sheets, duvet/quilt and pillow, cooking pans and utensils, kettle, cutlery, plates etc. are all provided. We provide on site laundry facilities so there is no washing machine in the flats. Laundry facilities are charged at an additional cost of £3.50 per cycle.

Council Tax - full time students are exempt – please liaise Birmingham Council directly regarding this.

We ask that residents stay for a minimum of 3 months.

Prices are reviewed on 1st September every year.

To book a flat we need a GBP 500 booking fee. This full amount is non refundable and will come off your first months rent.
